A lot of us got the bigger engines like the P400 and the steelies don’t fit unless you change the rear brake calipers and remove the front balancer. Love the white steelies and would have got them if they came in 19’s or 20’s. I did powder coat my alloys white just because.

Anyone found any 20" steelies that fit with the stock tyres?

Yes, Kahn has some for the new Defender.

Sadly the 90 was too small for us and we opted for the green.

It’s definitely not for families, I’m a big lad but managed to squeeze into the back seats, I was fitting the rubber mats so thought I’d give the rear seats a try. Getting in wasn’t pretty or graceful but once in they are comfy if a bit low, getting out was even less graceful Laughing

Boot space is ok, a weeks shopping goes in. I picked up the rubber mats from the dealer on Friday there and the large box they came in just went in on its side. I’ve yet to fold the seats down. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Don’t s’pose the rear seats go totally flat, albeit with a step?

Sounds good J77 how are you finding the 6 cylinder engine?

I’m liking the 6 cylinder, spent the last 3 years with a 4 pot so it’s nice to get back to the smoothness of the 6 cylinder.

D200 has plenty power, in the 90 at least, very quiet, barely know it’s running but has a nice sound when idling. Definitely no regrets going for the poverty spec engine. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

We were in Perth when they announced that the following day pubs and restaurants would be closing. That night we’d never seen such packed eateries when we walked past them. Not for us though, bag of bits and pieces from Woolies and a bottle of vino from out travels around Hunter Valley wineries. Way too stress re getting home to head to the pubs. Thumbs Up

It rides nice on the steel wheels, even on the coils.

More tyre wall to soak up the bumps I guess. I can't wait for my 110 on 18" steels with the air suspension. Should be like driving on a cloud.

Driving on a cloud... 90% of Defenders on Alloys this is clearly the exaggeration thread Rolling with laughter 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

I’m afraid not. My one major gripe with the 90 - there is a step and slight slope towards the front, maybe about 20 deg.

Even if they’d had the seat assy fold forward like RR etc to give a bit more flat space 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thumbs Up Australian government at both state and federal level started to lock down about mid March, it started
to ease around June, but was State/Territory dependent, some State borders remained shut a lot longer,
such as WA.. yet another pommie bar steward down under
