no you're not going crazy - I've found the same, its a bit odd.
You can request a forgotten password to the relevant email and it seems to allow you to change it and then login etc. Or if you get a response (message or quote) to your advert via email and hit reply, it seems to allow you into the account. |

When I use shiply the quotes go to my junk folder.

I did this and nothing has come through. I checked all my junk and deleted folders but nothing is there and I tried again tonight with no luck. It could be that no one has quoted ( I kept the page open for 20 minutes to make sure it went over the allotted time ) or that iCloud isn't liking Shiply emails. I'll give another email address a try |

Interestingly it works on another email ( non iCloud ) and provides a password via the email
So we're getting somewhere now. |
