Tried re-installing the new app this morning, still doesn’t like me so I’m back to the old app. There are no other cars registered in the system in my InControl account as well so nothing to delete from there. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

Did you do this on a pc or your phone app? Its best to do everything on a pc then install the new app and add your account to the new app. 130's have feeling's as well you know

That's probably why you are having difficulty. Set yourself up on a pc first 👍 130's have feeling's as well you know

No need to do anything on a PC, I sat in the car at the dealer after collecting and set the account up on my phone. Installed the app, signed in and no bother.
Maybe a phone/device issue if some have problems and some don’t? |

Sorry Andrew, my InControl account was opened on a PC in the dealership. When I sold my RRS in 2018 my previous account was deleted from the InControl system. There was no problem setting up the new account and I accessed it yesterday to check. I reinstalled the old app, Tried the old and the new, they both work on the same account.
Now deleted the old one again. |

OK well basically I'm passing on advice from my dealer. If there are log on/account issues they are usually a result of accounts being set up on mobile devices. 130's have feeling's as well you know

Advise is do everything on a PC web log in and use the app when its all up and running. 130's have feeling's as well you know

I was told the same back in 2015 when I bought my DS, and everyone since has been set up on a PC with no issues. So we will see how the Defender goes. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue
