New Defender in horrific crash

Just seen this posted by Defender mods...driver survived the crash, fell asleep at the wheel woke up covered in blood and thought he was dead. Needed 66 stitches and has since ordered a new Defender X replacement because it saved his life!

I think the JLR engineers and safety team need a round of applause for building a vehicle that is safe with 5 star NCAP safety rating 👏🏻

Wow. Defo dead in an old Defender but maybe the draughty interior, wet feet, uncomfortable right arm and noise would have kept him awake..... Whistle 1951 80" S1 2.0

Not sure but the footwell is still in tack and the structural beam looks to have kept the cockpit secure.

Or don’t bother repairing the middle bit and rebadge it as a 90. Thumbs Up

I wonder what it looked like after the crash but before the emergency services chopped it up.
