Which rear seats?

I have been looking at Td5 station wagons on eBay and Autotrader.
Some station wagons have a bench seat in the back, some have individual sideways fold up seats.

What is the difference? Is it a trim level option or based on the year?

It's the trim level - either County/XS or base spec. Darren
