Switched live
Hi guys

I'm looking for a switched live in the td5 defender drivers seatbox. Does anyone know of one?

I know there's plenty behind the dash etc. Just wanted the neatest route for my auxiliary fuse box which is in drivers seatbox.

Thanks

I would take it from the reverse light switch connector under the tunnel or the speedo transducer.

Fit an ATO ‘add a tap’ to the fuse box on the lighter feed supply. If it’s anything like the Puma the light feed fuse rating can be downgraded by 5A to account for a small extra load say 1A.
This is presuming you are wanting a switching load..
Run the wire under mats and or carpets and though a seat box rubber that’s existing on the seat box top.
1mm2 thin wall should be ideal.
Then you’ve got the supply you need where you want it with good access and no chopping of waistline wiring..

Totally reversible too, plug and play fuse with easy access.
