As you probably already know, the original LandRover springs are black, and have coloured paint marks across a couple of coils (like someone brushed the paint on a few coils).
Probably the best information needed to identify the springs are free length and spring rate.
Spring free length is easy to measure. Undo the bottom nut of the damper, then lift from the chassis until the top coil is not contacting the chassis anymore. Measure the height of the spring.
To get the spring rate, measure the height from the wheel arch to the centre of the wheel on both sides when it is parked on a level ground. Load the load space with a known weight, 2 heavy guys sitting on the wheel arches as direct as possible above the axle. Measure again the height from the wheel arch to the centre of the wheel ( do not measure to the ground as you do not want the tyres in the equation). Make the calculation. If you have difficulties to calculate, just send the measurements, 4 in total, empty and laden, and the weight of your mates.
Spring rates are usually quoted in imperial values, lb/inch. Soft springs start at about 150lb/in. These are normally found on Discoveries and RangeRovers. Defenders use higher spring rates in the region of 240lb/in, probably more for 110 ( I’m more interested in 90s), hence their harsher ride.
Once you have that information you may try to contact Terrafirma, maybe they are the supplier. I do not know what the German authorities would accept as specifications. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
