The cowl I have where the air intake used to be is made for LHD vehicles to re-route the blower intake. Sold by nakatenenga π
Tyres are 265s on 18β. ET0 which makes them poke out a bit π Not sure what youβre asking James? Comparison of sizes? Airbox inlet is about 100mm. Pipe is 102mm internal diameter. Wingtop adaptor is 100mm internal diameter too. π€·ββοΈ 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |

Click image to enlarge I also went for the β under β option with the flexi pipe. But I have my silicone connector going into the airbox rather than over it. Still to paint the connector within wing vent black where it wonβt be seen. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

LandymanStefan, why reduce to 3β when you can run 4β to the airbox? Does mean cutting some of the filter intake off but is definitely worth while doing especially if youβre td5 is highly tuned.

I dont think a 4" will fit below the steering arm. Td5 isnt tuned as yet, just getting all these bits ready for when it is. 3" is still considerably bigger than the stock td5 intake.

No 3β doesnβt fit underneath so has to go over the top, the pictures in my earlier comment show how I did mine

You mean 4β? If I go with the wing top lhd heater intake with a 4β it would look daft zig zagging back on itself to go over the top, i think id need a couple of 180 bends. 3β will go underneath fine and should look quite neat.
Speaking of neat your 3D printed side intake looks great. |
