Went to see the 90 at local dealer yesterday. I do like it, really funky. Getting in the back is not easy (for an adult) but the hardtop is very nice.

How tall are you? Just for reference for the centre jump seat. Thanks

I'm 5ft11 but short legs whilst I did fit it would only be possible for short journeys. I think shoulder room would make it difficult to drive with 3 adults. James

So it appears LR hasn’t learned from the criticism of the 3 door Evoque then as that was panned for the seat motors being extremely slow and the seats not going far enough forward to allow easy access to the back. Having said that my parents who were in their 80’s then had no problem getting into the back despite their less than athletic joints. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

Definitely not learned anything as far as the electric seats are concerned.
Perhaps just the light but this 90 looks like it’s in Portofino Blue. Click image to enlarge |

I believe here in the USA only the top trim X models come with full electric front seats, and that all other models come with manual everything except recline and lumbar. IIRC from one of PowerfulUK's videos, the 90 they showed had a release the seats so you could incline and slide them forward for rear access.
Also, J77, is Portofino Blue a new 2021 color? Doesn't seem like I can select that in the configurator, though not like it matters given how much I adore Tasman Blue. |

There was a post on here detailing 21MY changes and Portofino Blue was listed as a colour that would be available but isn’t. As with you I like Tasman.

List ~ £43K inc VAT for the base 90 HT. I’ve added mudflaps, wheel cover and 90 decal. ~ £600 extras.
I think it looks purposeful and with new 6 cylinder d200 engine it should be a very useful tool. I believe 10% discount may be posible soon for NFU members. Thanks
So that is roughly the same price as a base csw but VAT of £7k is reclaimable (for some, incl me) making the net cost price say £32.5k after possible NFU discount Am I losing it, or is that tempting (thoughtful scratching head emoji needed please Martin) Rob 1993 200tdi 90 hard-top 1998 300tdi 90 soft-top 2016 2.2 XS 90 hard-top (sold) |
