That was my first thought, too - they've gone big on the Kahn Darren

Cayman is a tax haven and has a significant number of people with boat loads of dosh (and boats tbh) but very little taste. Ideal Kahn demographic! |

Is that why they email people offering free money, if you send £xxxx to free it up?

Can’t say I’ve ever had an email like that from Cayman Greeni. Perhaps they know I don’t have £xxxx to send

It’s actually a paddle board not a surf board but whatever it made me chuckle too. But that’s just so typical of a Caribbean island. Island life is so different when it’s on a much smaller scale. GC is over a thousand times smaller than the UK by surface area. You see quaint stuff like that all the time in all walks of life. It’s really quite charming - as are the indigenous population there.

Bit more progress. New bonnet and lights. It came with the wing top chequerplate which has now been repainted and reinstalled. New tyres to go on and interior smartened up.
