Make sure they give you the window sticker to keep. When I bought my old discovery it had the original window sticker in the glove box. No real reason I just think it's kinda cool to keep it with the vehicle 2020 Defender S, P300 in Fuji White w/black ext. pack. Ebony leather heated front/rear seats. Comfort & conv. pack. I hope Gerry doesn't mind extending the panels. Although I quite liked the standard squares, it's now ready for bedroom no. 1 (separate bedrooms for my age, no. 2 will go to the roof).

just looked up your location, hence the absence of mountains in the photos! Nice by the Rhine!

Mountains are not far away. Actually, nothing is far away in our tiny country Smile

That looks great! Thumbs Up

I’m considering doing something similar when my new 110 comes next year... have a utility wagon now and always liked the semi-commercial look! Cheers, David

Colour coded vinyl would be a cheap solution.

J77, very nice, what colours/spec did you order? Time is precious, waste it wisely...

It’s a Tasman Blue with Fuji white roof D200 S spec, which to me has everything most owners need. I’ve stuck with coil suspension and deleted the standard alloys in favour of the steels. Ideally I would’ve liked the base model but LR no longer offer it with the diesel engine.

It's made of Dibond material, same thickness as the original ones. Cut and hand chamfered by a very passionate Jaguar and Land Rover car body designer. The panel were painted and then attached with 3M tape. Material and labor was about 300 GBP.

Was a bit concerned about side effects because of the integrated antennas in the windows but still all good. Also, it's a non-destructive work so they could be taken away at any time (not planned).

You must be the first owner in the world to create a new Defender utility.

Good evening everybody,

I was searching for some defender information when i found this forum..
So let me introduce myself.. after 13 years driving an Mercedes ML i made the jump to the new defender..
I already driven the "old" defender in my younger years, and was tempted to buy the old version but the step back from the ML to the new defender was a little less hard for the wife and kids.. Smile

So here she is when we got her a week or two ago.. Shiny and new..
The other is a recent one.. not so shiny any more and with the extra mud guards..
