Must be 1,000,001 Laughing

Joking aside I think it’s about the 7th, after playing around with the 90 on Saturday I decided to keep it pretty standard and not go wild with the options. The 90 on display was base spec on air and it ticked all the boxes really, my Velar is at the opposite end of the scale but it’s a bit too fussy and half the stuff I don’t use.

Hullorerr
Hullorerr everyone

We've just taken delivery of our new Defender:-

Defender 240 HSE
Indus Silver
Wheel-arch extensions/protection
Side-steps
Secure tracker pro
Black exterior pack
Cross car beam in White Powder Coat Brushed finish
Off Road Pack
Wi-Fi Enabled with data plan
Privacy glass

It's replaced an XC90, we need a large boot to carry our 15stone/93 Kg St Bernard, so it came down to the Defender, X7 or Merc GLS - we went with Defender due to it being different and the wife deciding she loved it.

So far so good......I'll post some photos when I manage to get decent ones

United States 1998 Defender 90 300 Tdi SW Coniston Green
Hood decal installed last week and Lucky 8 rock sliders are on order - they say a new batch is being fabricated and it will be a month until I get them. My wife needs a "step" to get in the truck so I figure some 3M Anti-slip tape on the tube of teh rock slider will work.

Or you could do what we used to do to windsurf boards to add grip - clear varnish on the tube then sprinkle fine sand or rough table salt into it before it dries........... you could use coloured paint instead of varnish. The salt disolves leaving a grippy surface on the varnish/paint. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
