in the U.S. ALL you can get is the P400, which, currently being a fan of TD6 on my D5, is a reason I'm skipping looking at the new Defender altogether for this model year.

there is a D300 MHEV based upon the straight six due sometime in the future, it has been spotted being tested, not sure if it will make it to the US and how long before its released. yet another pommie bar steward down under MY20 110 P400 SE Defender MY10 3.0 RR Sport |

The D300 will be the only diesel to make it to the US, I’m guess it may make an appearance on the 90 with them being delayed.

I've been scouring the net and hadn't found that as pertains to the Defender (saw some stuff about RRS, FFRR and D5). Edit: finally found the article here. Yeah, looks like nothing until at least MY21. Didn't call out the D300 MHEV by name which is why it never came up in a search. I forgot about that leaked brochure mentioned in the article, it may be elsewhere, but if you're on the D4 site it can be found there. |

Will they put the P300E from the Evoque into the Defender or the P400E from the Range Rover Sport?

You can get the P300 in the US - I've driven one and have one on order. We can't get any diesel versions - I've been told they are not planning on bringing any diesels in to the US market. |

Same here. I have a base 110 on order. I drove both the P300 and P400. The P300 seemed adequate and the large price difference didn't make sense to me particularly since I'm happy with equipment level on base / S. |
