Looks like it has been confirm that the Grenadier will be built in France.

So less of a case of highlighting a British sponsored team but a cynical plan to highlight French manufacturing.

In the Telegraph online this afternoon.

Says that they had put in an offer to buy the factory in France.

Guess nothing is over until the ink is dry...

Right ~ maybe only a matter of time but still a few hoops to go through. I'm sure Ineos will be wanting fire sale pricing and maybe guarantees on pension/redundancy liabilities.

Given INEOS’s track record and history with this type of deal, I'm thinking they are in the driving seat to know what is possible and to make it happen.

I don't know whether this kit/branding is unique to the cycling team or will be identical for the vehicle ~ well I'm thinking more the INEOS Grenadiers Pro Thermal Skully:
