Behind the dash binnacle there should be a paper tag tied on to your ignition key barrel. With that number you can get what you need from JLR (supposedly) 🤷♂️

The key number is also sometime recorded on a tag attached to the keyfob, but if the vehicle was preowned it probably isn't there any more. A good automotive locksmith (if you can find one) should be able to re-tumbler the lock to suit a particular key, this isn't difficult but you need access to supply of tumblers.
