My Dealer replaced my side steps and NAS step recently under warranty on my 15 plate 110.
It took a couple of moaning e-mails with pictures, but all agreed. They even gave me a courtesy car for 2 days. Very Happy Very Happy

It’s good to hear some people have had a result under their warranties.

Getting back to what Sulisuli said previously about your relationship with your dealer, do you think that some of this might be down to the Dealerships relationship with the previous Defender?

When I bought mine, the Defenders were not prominent, but then they weren't Struggling to sell them at that point.

Some Dealerships - especially long serving ones, possibly have a soft spot for the Defender whereas a newer one, and one whose staff might all be newish to the LR marque, may not have so much love for them. Maybe this has some bearing?

Just my thoughts.
