Got one but I’m quite a way away
I’ve got a used one of these

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/222005768143

You could have it for £50 collected but I don’t know what the postage would be and it would be a massive pain in the rear to package. I’m in Burnley, Lancashire.

Have you fitted it yet? What’s it like?

Very substantial - the column support bracket which bolts on behind the towbar is 1/2" plate!

It is tight getting the column in/out of the support bracket because it rubs on the spare tyre when fitting/removing, but you can get it in/out with a bit of persuasion. I think it's great for £95 compared to some of the other rubbish I've seen; I picked up a Montblanc spare wheel mounted carrier in a local mtor factor that looked like it would fall off in ten minutes and I didn't want to add any more weight to the rear door.

When it says overhang is 187 mm what exactly does that mean, my spare wheel on the 90 sticks out from the back door by 280 mm but I am sure my spare wheel is the same size as most 90's?

Also will it fit on this tow bar ? It looks great, ideal for me...

Measure from the mounting surface on you drop plate to the outer edge of the spare tyre. Mine is 165mm with the NAS rear step, so the column clears the tyre by 22mm.

Probably not then - if a standard tyre is 235mm wide.

So what size is your spare wheel if that bar fits? Or does your tow bar arrangement stick out a lot from the crossmember?

The drop plate on the NAS step sticks out 5" from the crossmember. Sorry I didn't actually notice how far this protrudes from the rear crossmember - it would make an expensive bike carrier if you didn't already have one! Embarassed

The rear tyre is a standard 235/80R16 and overhangs the rear door by 295mm.

Ah OK, that explains it, I guess that's never going to fit mine then, my plate is about 1cm proud of the crossmember Big Cry
