Hawkeye 11 Air flow KG/hr
Have a 10p td5 and a 15p td5, both have the egr disconnected

Using Live data on the Hawkeye, the 15p engine shows a default setting (I Believe) of 4.4kg/hr when stationery and does not change when driving

the 10p engine shows a vaue of 0 both stationery and driving (this has a 15p ecu fitted)

anyone know what these values refer to and do i have a problem (engines run fine)

A healthy MAF should read around 55 on idle. As you accelerate the air flow being measured increases. You’ve got 2 dead air flow meters as long as there connected. Only fit genuine VDO air flow meters as the non genuine ones are only fit for the bin. Usually a dead MAF causes a slight loss of power.

I've had 4.4 readins as well... the engine had felt a bit flat for a while.

Changed the MAF and whoosh! it flew afterwards!

It’s a common MAF failure to just show a constant 4.4. Mine was like this when I checked with a Nanocom. I always thought it drove well despite the MAF. Duckworth parts do a good discount on the genuine sensor.
