I've been looking into this. I have everything I need apart from height sensors, air tank and controller.
I've been looking at the airlift 3H kit. Seems to be the ideal mix and match kit to me D2 kit is integrated into the SLABS ECU so wouldn't be suitable for the defender, also it only controls 2 springs. If you wanted 4 corner air suspension then you'd definitely need an aftermarket solution 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Air suspension on my D3 was nice but troublesome, expensive and not great for field repairs. One of the reasons I sold it to buy a defender.

I put springs on my Disco 3 having spent literally thousands of pounds on the air suspension set up. It's a no from me!

Why do Disco owners convert to springs and Defender owners think about converting to air?
