Things may well have changed now but I did speak to IRB a while back about an air suspension kit for a v8 series 1 hybrid, from memory it was about £3.5k and looked to be a very comprehensive kit. In the end we opted for normal coils but it would be worth having a chat to Ian

IRB kit is £5k on their website unsure if thats fitted DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I had all the suspension and running gear from a Range Rover Classic 4.2 LSE in my 90 a fair while ago. It drove really nicely, used the standalone RR ECU dedicated to the suspension. Could be set up with standard LR diagnostic equipment, had preset heights and even dropped at motorway speeds. The system on classics was a test bed for P38 really. The valve block was really straightforward to plumb in and the height sensors went straight onto the chassis.
I doubt you could buy most of the parts new now however. Wish I had kept it....... 2011 130 Utility Body 2005 110 Van |
