I think the part no. will be something like hhd500030, or a version of that. But that's for the whole subframe/slider assembly. It doesn't look like the individual bottom runners/sliders are available.
If it were me ( though I don't have a welder) I'd look at trying to find a 2nd hand one on ebay and either using the whole thing, or just the specific piece that's broken.
