Defender td5 vibrate

Hi, my 2000 defender td5, vibrate when I’m Stopped ant not accelerating. Everything chaques more than the usual. It has 145000kms and started after a trip in the roadway where I forced 150 kms/h. Thanks for any help

Misfire? Or DMF out of bonk?

Mine gets a misfire every now and then.... pop the rocker cover off, squeeze the crimps up a little on each injector plug and it goes away.

You get a bit more smoke when it's misfiring too, so something to look out for.

DMF would be my next port of call as mentioned above.... I changed mine last year and it made a lot of difference to the smoothness... so much so that SWMBO even noticed!
