clean your maf sensor bit of brake cleaner will do it try a soft brush kids paint brush is ideal . be gentle though

I gave both the MAF and MAP a clean back in November and didn't notice any difference at all but both looked like new. I might try changing it out for a completely new unit this time so I can at least rule that out.
Does anyone know if the 2.4 MAF works with the 2.2 or do you need a different model? Shops seem to be advertising that they are the sameunit |

Well I replaced the air filter and MAF and all seems well so far, in fact it seems to be a bit more gutsy than before so I'm hoping the MAF was on the way out

I was told that brake cleaner kills the MAF, there is a specific spray for the purpose.
