Hi these 3 fuses in particular where are they cant see them under the seat or under the dash

On mine, might be different on yours, F21 is the hazard fuse but also the AS10. Can be overlooked. Peter

as a final follow up

had the ecu tested by ecu testing, then repaired £324

and the truck is as good as new with a life time warranty on the ECU

England 2001 Defender 90 Td5 SW Epsom Green
I have just had this problem with my ECU. Apparently its not uncommon for the crank sensor input to fail.

Bought a nanocom (always useful) £350 and a used disco NNN ecu for £200

Someone in my thread said hes seen two other td5's where the op amp circuitry for the crank sensor input had also failed.
Seems quite common with these td5's becoming older. I will buy another ecu to carry as a spare when overlanding in future.

does a disco nnn works okay on a defender as is subject to injector values ?

Works fine, just typed in the injector codes in the nanocom and put a defender fuel map in it and it seems fine Thumbs Up
