Options for replacing gear shift knob?
My gear shift knob is starting to get tatty and I fear it will start falling apart and getting sticky in the near future.

I see I can get the entire gear shift lever with knob (UKJ500100PMA), but it's rather pricey. Are there any other options out there? I prefer to keep my D90 stock or stock appearing so not interested in 8-ball or skull knobs.
