And what's with the ageing (I'm 36) hair thing? It f**ks off from your head then re-establishes itself all over your shoulders and back. And then starts to go grey.

Grumble grumble...[/quote]

Ahh got that sorted Mrs Noworries runs the clippers over the head grade 1 every weekend bald bit not so noticable, as for the shoulders thats a bit more painfull but wax strips sort that for a good couple of months but Censored that smarts. If i dont shave for a week the stubble goes grey stupid. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

I'm now a grade one man too. And beard-wise, I use a stubble trimmer - otherwise I look like a baked bean (if clean shaven). Works on back fur too - Babyliss i-trim (now i-stubble - they've changed it).

Still doesn't stop me grumbling. WTF is back/shoulder fur for? It serves no purpose other than making you look like a dodgy slimeball of Mediterranean descent.

Dammit. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

Damn the local authority for starting to charge for parking at the local country park. Now the townies and dog walkers are coming onto my patch with their uncontrollable mutts - that includes the woman in her .... oh dear a beemer ....who thinks the bit of grass inside the field next to the crop is her own personal parking and dog walk area. Steve.

Or try what my Dad did many years ago - a Fiat 127 blocked the entrance to a car park in Dorking at 9pm when us kids (at the time) were rather tired after a Pizza Express mission.

He asked at every pub and restaurant in the area to see if he could find the owner - no luck.

So came back, told us to hold on, fired up his near 300bhp BBR Mitsi Shogun (mk1 shape) and rammed the car out of the way. Damage to Shogun? Blue paint in bumper. Damage to Fiat? Almost certainly a write off.

Drove away chuckling and sniggering. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

If someone is stupid enough to block a car park full of 20ish cars on a busy evening, with two very tired kids in the car what are you meant to do Lord Zagato of Slurrey?

Call the AA and wait three hours? Call the Police and have nothing done?

Take down that halo - it's dazzling me.

Of course, you tell us what saintly things you would have done?

And "no wonder I have issues?" Can you please explain that a little more because as you have written it, that sounds pretty insulting to me.

And while we are at it, thanks for completely ignoring all my suggestions for business ideas down here. Not like I LIVE and RUN A BUSINESS down here is it? I'll be sure to ignore you too if you should make the move down here. Rolling Eyes

Sorry, you said I had issues? Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

I'm allowed to say that. You aren't - simple social etiquette as is a modicum of courtesy when someone goes out of their way to try and help another forum member. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

Woah, hang on a minute.... pot and kettle time that is chap. You can't get mardy over that when you suggested anyone who slates a BMW driver has issues.

Also, just on the ramming a fiat incident, how about your Dad goes into the boozer or pizza express etc and gets a few lads to help him bump the motor out of the way. Lodge the issue with the pizza express manager to act as a witness of the necessity of the actions and then call the boys in blue to tell them what you've done and the reasons why and leave all your details. Perhaps a note on the windscreen of the Fiat too, as a simple social etiquette and a modicum of courtesy to the owner. Yep they've been a prat for parking where they have and I can see how the red mist would descend but they don't deserve their car to be smashed up like that.... It's not something to be terribly proud of. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.
