Ah, but we've got the proper area for the start of American Werewolf in London on our doorstep at Hay Bluff just up from Hay on Wye Won't be long untill it looks like this again

IIRC the opening pub scenes were filmed in the pub on the Gospel Pass.

Didn't they use two pubs, one for exterior shots and one for the interior? Plus those were in different parts of the country!
