Update on mods (muds) so far. Thanks to Kev at Mudstuff.
Click image to enlarge NAS style filler cap. Decided to opt for keyless. Click image to enlarge Heater deflector fitted. These are a must for any Puma owner to avoid the burnt leg. I've got the drawer type in the HT. Both great a d transform the cubby into a proper arm rest. Click image to enlarge Seat rails. I struggle to drive a Defender without these fitted. Click image to enlarge A bespoke mesh diffuser. Works a treat and doubles as a lightweight cargo barrier. Kev had this manufactured from the same material used on the roof net. I stumbled across this mirror on ebay and it looked like it would make a good addition to the interior lighting. It is not a straight swap but with a bit of patience it can work. The lights work in conjunction with courtesy light or can be switched independently.

My view is its pointless having a soft top / convertible if you use the roof all of the time.........
Remember one time passing a lot of traffic and bizarre looks on a dual carriage way en route to collect some parts, probably early October in the pi&&in rain and with the top down as we daren't stop as we would get soaked.... HGV was killing him self laughing as we passed |
