Did some small jobs.
Superglued the metal weights on the gearstick to stop the rattle. Blob of old fashioned grease on my LOF clutch spring. Finally think the creak/squeak has gone (already did full lube in the clutch box under the bonnet). Bit of lubricant on the seat rails as there was a squeak when I sat on my Recaros. Gave my MAF sensor a clean (with air flow cleaner). Ordered some more bits to fit another day. Might need another shed for defender parts and stuff. Chris |

Army Enduro Champs, putting the tuff-trek awning to good use! Eagle eyed forum members will be able to guess my success rate for the enduro by the smashed headlight on the bike! Haha!

Is exercise Enduring Help still going? I took part about 12-15 years ago and found the pace of the Dutch teams relentless and unnerving. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

Greased my Prop UJ’s today. More of a pain than normal, may as well of jacked up a wheel instead of moving around to get the nipples in the right spot.
Usually not much of an issue, and safer with all wheels on the ground but particularly tedious today. Oh and the grease gun tube ran out just after getting under as well. I had a spare but added another job to do. Done now though at least, not much fun in the wet. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Took a trip to Ross on Wye to paddle the river for the weekend. So loaded the boat up on the 110 and toddled off all in good time.
Click image to enlarge Arriving at the accommodation (yes a house and not camping this time ) we found the road was marked unstable for motors and max width of 2.1mts ... Click image to enlarge we took a chance and found the 110 was 1.9 mts wide .. and the road was ‘tight’ to say the least! The roof-rack and boat pruned about 1 mile of overhanging bushes, and the wing mirrors were both brushing the foliage on either side of the road at the same time !! (hence the non-standard camouflage adoring Poppy!) Click image to enlarge The river was in full spate so the paddle down was fast and ‘interesting’ as there were lots of floating trees and logs to negotiate at speed ! - Just got to get out of the place in one piece now !
