Well, I bought my tickets last night so me and my Dad are off tomorrow morning.
The current Mrs Rashers is out injured so was not available for selection. It may be local(ish) to me, but there wasn't a hope in hell of me going if it was threatening to chuck it down with rain. The weather forecast looks almost pleasant I will be locking the Defender down in the 'Land Rover Parking Area' |

I had a day at the Peterborough show today.
The weather was brilliant. Plenty of stalls and displayed vehicles to keep me happy. There seemed to be a good lot of visitors, a good lot of campers and everyone seemed to be very happy. Lots of happy punters wheeling stuff out of the show. Maybe it wasn't quite as large as it was last time I went, but I had a good day out |

just back from show. have been to all the major shows over the years.
billing used to be best when there only was one show. now peterborough is the best by a mile. great venue regardless of weather. best range of stands. best arena. other shows could learn a lot. last but by no means least best toilets. if your going to a show make it peterborough. 8 hour round trip today but worth it 110 xs s/wagon s3 swb soft top |

I've always liked the Peterborough Show, and in the past have picked up some very useful second-hand parts for my restorations.
Only a bought few bits today though. One lesson I learnt today is: buy the ticket online in advance. Took a good half hour in the (2) queues today. I suspect most of the bits I wanted were gone by the time I got in! |

Had a great day at the show yesterday and came back with a range of goodies to add to my project backlog
There were lots of smaller companies there, some of which I'd never heard of, and it seemed pretty busy, so hope they all did well. There was also a lot more autojumble than I expected, which is always nice for a mooch around. There were some great vehicles in the show and the car park, too Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? I had such a good day on Saturday, I went back again today.
Today I had a better look around the club stands. If the redevelopment of the East of England Show Ground does take place, I wonder what will happen to this show? Newark show ground comes to mind as being a close alternative? Might take a few years before the Show Ground closes if the redevelopment gets the go ahead. |

Great show and great weather, really enjoyed it this time around, spent far to much tho! Nice atmosphere and plenty of stands to loose yourself in, only issue for me was the lack of showers and bins. Looking forward to next year! 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

Yes. I would second the lack of bins also
Catering was poor in my opinion. Two bacon rolls from two different vendors which were very unsatisfactory |
