This has been on my list of events to visit for a couple of years, and given the lack of anything else happening this year, I think I might finally get round to attending 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone
2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

I don't know if I am being over sensitive, but from my experiences of Joe Public on the Norfolk Coast this summer, I am in no hurry to visit a show any time soon. People in a leisure time situation seem incapable of social distancing.
There are good reasons why the other shows have been cancelled. I really feel for the organisers of all these shows. It must be a nightmare for them. Saying all of that, if you feel up for it, I hope you have a good time. I can understand why you want to go as this year really does seem to have been a year of very little going on other than the obvious! |

I’ve booked tickets for a day visit on Saturday, just hope it’s not empty and some exhibitors/stands turn up! 1997 Ex-MOD 110, Pop Top Camper, build thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72352.html

Must be tough on the organisers and trade stands companies. I expect some of those companies make a lot of their business from shows? People hyped up on the excitement of the show making impulse buys on things they normally would have had a more rational mind over purchases.......
![]() ![]() I read that Truckfest at Peterborough went ahead with only a limited number of trucks. The trade stands were fewer and none of the main manufacturers attended. That’s where I would think the majority of the money comes from? |
