Like it. (Insert ‘like what?’ Joke).
What’s the interior of the hardtop like, I can’t say I’ve seen one. |

I will hopefully be down where it’s sat tomorrow Greeni so will get some pics, interiors vary depending on what configuration it is/was, mine has had a Rad-haz liner fitted which is intended to protect the crew of bowman (radio) fitted wagons, it does however double up as a good insulator for noise and temp. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html

Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The rad-haz liner in mine is a 110 one as the 90 ones are stupidly overpriced. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html 90 V8 - Maggie http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic42564.html 110 TD5 - Buggsy http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic59029.html 52HG25 lightweight https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72342.html D3 Hse - Fiona Capri 2l S - Anna Think I might have a problem............ |

So update time for Jas, the other week (I know I’m leaving it too long between updates) I decided to reapply some cavity wax to the bulkhead (easy job eh? Na obviously not!), so I undo the first hinge bolt fine, the second then decided to try and take the nut with it so I ended up with this:
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge And obviously once I was at that stage on a nice day it made sense to fit the soundproof matting I was given for helping a mate with his wagon, so out with the seats etc and while everything is out I might as well give it all a coat of paint eh: Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The seat box is a replacement and who ever fitted it previously had decided rivnuts are stupid and it should all be nuts and bolts so the rivnuts were replaced where I could and bolts and penny washers used where they had used over sized drill bits , it’s only now looking at the pics I haven’t taken one of the completed install I’ll get one soon, I must say it makes a difference even the mrs noticed 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html 90 V8 - Maggie http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic42564.html 110 TD5 - Buggsy http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic59029.html 52HG25 lightweight https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72342.html D3 Hse - Fiona Capri 2l S - Anna Think I might have a problem............ |
