Puma bonnet alarm switch part number
Is AMR2022 the correct part for a Puma bonnet alarm switch. The rubber boot on mine has split. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Having just looked up that part number as mine has the same issue, it's beggars belief the Genuine part price for that circa £50 or so.
Add this to the fact it's poor quality and the rubber boot degrades creating the need for a replacement in the first place it isn't very good is it.
The door switches aren't far behind either in being crap quality too.

Then LR want a premium for the price as well, for poor quality. Rolling Eyes

LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 2 BONNET BURGLAR ALARM SWITCH AMR5633 can be used you need the plug and wiring from the old switch and new plug to make converter lead

Yes, the price is rather shocking!

I guess that that 's the problem with running a vehicle which the manufacturer considers a "premium brand"!

I wonder how much the equivalent switch for the new Pretender will be though.

I just bought the whole switch, although I did have some success repairing the old boot with cyanoacrylate 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS
