Good work, I need to do the same with extending the chassis of mine as it can get a bit of a wiggle on when towing.

Quick update on progress...

The first of the panels have been cut and prepared.

We are using a breathable waterproof paint/stain on the inside and the outside will have a coat of epoxy and be finished with U-POL Raptor.

Not the final fit as it will be in and out a few times yet, but a it seems a solid base to build on.

Some of the old Sankey tub bolt down points were in the perfect location.

Couldn’t wait to see if my measurements of the water tanks were correct... so a quick test fit.
