Defender Pick Up Side Out Tray Project
Lil project Ive been working on for the past few weeks. Learnt how to weld and got cracking.

Should make it a lot easier to get my tools in and out of the boot now! Runners are rated to 230kg at full extension so plenty for my needs.

Doubles as a larger work table and a bigger table to cook on when away!

That is very neat. My only initial thought is whether there's a gap between the end of the tray and the inside of the tailgate? If there is, it might bang backwards and forwards as you brake and accelerate. Easily solved with some sort of rubber buffer on the end, though. Darren
