Noise fuel pump

Please help. Just developed a noisy fuel pump when turning on ignition. When it had finished ,started engine but very Lumby then cleared ,but drove fine. should I carry on driving her ? Me thinks check things out ! Any ideas thanks Gozy.

Sounds like it could be your injector seals. Run pump prime before starting tomorrow and see how noisy pump is, and what start running is like.

Hi Andy still much the same. Noisy pump all the time until starting. Starts on second or third time Lumby then clears and noise of pump probably goes. Noise of engine takes over. But it also can start normally but with the noisy pump which again I think goes after starting. Check the battery all seems ok and when starting.

All if a new pump is required questions are as always, make ,patterned, oem ,genuine and best price found thanks. Gozy
