Hi caterham, I was being facetious with the ‘dead’ comment on the 26ers, nothing wrong with them, I’ve ridden them for 30 years, mine are now all ‘classics’ and command respect and good residuals.
I don’t know enough about your bike I’m afraid, but don’t diss it for its wheel size!! Cheers Alex 98 300 tdi 90 project 94 Range Rover vogue 4.2 lse 79 911 sc 08 130 double cab utility |

thanks Alex.
I do get the comment about 26 and there's certainly no offence taken. I was just trying to understand what it was worth and it struck me that I'd be a fool to let it go for not a lot / what I'd likely get for it to then spend that money and more for a new bike for my daughter which would be a hugely lower spec. my bike is a hi-modulas frame with carbon fork. although it's got high spec stuff on it, it's still 1 step down from the cannodale team bikes of the time. it's a circa 9kg bike so pretty light and anyone that is familiar with the forks will tell you how smooth they are. also it's got approx. 40mm flex in the seat post / rear triangle to give an exceptionally smooth / comfortable rider for a hard tail without loosing the efficiencies associated with a hardtail. I'm basically looking to replace it for the same but later model which has 29" wheels. think I'll be keeping it in the family. |

Hi I would like some advice please regarding cameras,i ride to and from work and have a fixed camera on my helmet facing back which has been very helpful in keeping vehicles away from me, that was until yesterday when i had a frightening experience an a B road where a car went past me as another car was alongside me in the opposite direction at approximately 50 mph , The police do have the video and photos of the car ,Driver and number plate but i feel it is time to upgrade my camera i currently have a Muvi K2 Pro 4K which i have been pleased with for the price, but would like to step up to a Go Pro can you guys please advise me as to which one is a good all rounder my budget doesn't stretch to the top model but am happy to hear you're opinions please regarding them Paul

I only have experience of a go pro, but I can say that the quality of image for the cash is remarkable. I don’t think you would regret it.

A mate bought the latest one and we used it at the weekend. I’m not generally fussed about filing my skiing, cycling etc, but I can tell you it is an outstanding piece of kit. Unbelievable clarity/image quality, self balancing, easy to use and a bazillion apps to help you with your home video editing. I’ve got other things to spend 600 euros on, but if you’re in the market I don’t think you will go wrong... Monsieur Le Grenadier

If there's any old skoolers out there, you may get this.
I had my fat bike painted by my mate (90 owner also) @bluewhippetpaintworks It's homage to a Klein Attitude, but renamed 'Fattitude'. With a Mint Sauce head badge. |

if you put them across ways, I find they fit better, handle bars on wheel arch, seat on the bottom.. don't have a picture to hand but I prefer it, all my bikes are xl fairly long enduro bikes. |

I Have a very old Skool Klein Attitude.
Was great in its day and probably still lighter than most now. The news ones seem odd with the tiny front cranks. I would fancy a new one but don't use it enough to justify yet. |
