Maybe your local hydraulic place could make you a flexi pipe up with the correct ends? 1999 Defender TD5 110

As above may be your best bet. Was in pretty much the same position a couple of years ago when I snapped the same part on the pump body. I couldn't find the right part that screws into the pump for love nor money and ended up buying another secondhand pump from a breaker.

I maybe completely wrong, but from the photo the pump looks to have a threaded adapter already inserted. Is it possible this needs to be removed for your pipe to be installed?

Spooky that it's me that's the starter of both those threads!
I /may/ have an old pump in the garage.... I'll take a look when I get in. If it's got the correct union on it you're more than welcome to it Razz... pass it on and all that. |

Just had a rummage around the garage....
It was the water pump thing I had off the front of a Td5 alterntor. sorry. not the PAS pump I thought I had. |
