Indeed, as many have already experienced, Thanks to the past experience and professionalism of my Admin staff (the Admin Angels as I call them, well they do call me Charlie) along with the amazing efficiency and speed that our couriers provide, even although shipping by air over thousands of miles, overall the service is second to none. This continues into any amount of support and assistance that may be required at any stage. However, sadly, as I have previously mentioned here, Maybe on a post now deleted due to Martins much appreciated Clean Up of this thread, we do actually occasionally struggle to produce enough Nanocoms to meet demand and I have to take full blame and personal responsibility for the current situation that as of the 8th March, there will likely be a delay of up to about a week maximum, and likely less before we can resume shipping of these. I feel especially bad as my staff told me that stocks were starting to get low of the serial number stickers over a month ago and while I contacted our supplier who was on holiday, somehow I did not follow up in a timely manner and apparently messed up in sorting new supplies with him before we suddenly ran out It's not a major part, so could easily slip off the radar, but is non the less is still required. These are already on their way to us via DHL, and as soon as they arrive will result in normal service from us. In the meantime all I can do is personally apologise to anyone who as a result of my dropping the ball may have to wait a few days more than others have and as such not get quite the same quick service we are known for providing. Angels is very apt for the admin team, very patient, and respond like lightening!
Arrived so much faster than I was expecting! Well chuffed, I'm just waiting to hear back from the admin team in regards to the Disco2 codes I ordered. Earlier when I emailed, I was given instructions, I followed said instructions when I got home, and still aren't having any luck lol. I got my nanocom setup and my codes saved, and then went and plugged it in. Only came back with one fault. 2.8 ambient pressure circuit. (logged low) Which ill be looking into this eve. Thanks again @BBS for supplying and discounting this great bit of kit. Which will help me to look after my truck! I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
