I had a 90 2.5 NA as my first car nearly 20 years ago and after a few years of ownership had to sell it for something a little more suited to my needs. A few years later I acquired the families 1959 S2 that was in a sorry state and I rebuilt this over a few years and still have it now, my grandfather bought it from new so its got lots of family history. The bug got the better of me and at the weekend I picked up a 1998 300tdi. It looks a bit better in the picture than up close but, it has loads of history and seemed a pretty honest vehicle although it has some blingy extras added. Pics of both vehicles attached

What a lovely pair!
Love the 300tdi. The light bar does spoil the look a bit. |
