r380 wont go into gear proparly after changing clutch
hello,

I just changed the clutch on my 90 td5 and she won't go in gear properly, she runs and drives but changing gear doesn't go smooth. It feels like the bearing doesn't push far enough. the pedal also feels different? Last weekend I replaced almost the complete hydraulic system and tried bleeding the clutch with no results.

The state of the gearbox was unknown, so is it the gearbox?
or is it the fact that I a clutch plate without springs on a NON-dualmass flywheel?

thanks

Try to bleed the clutch system. I had to do it, after changing the clutch, even when I did all to prevent this. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile

I am not sure if a solid clutch disc and solid flywheel is a good combo Puma 110" SW

Its a bit messy but reverse bleed the system, rotate the slave cylinder so the bleed screw is at the bottom, then with gentle pressure push the fluid in through the bleed screw and overflow the master cylinder, I think I modified an old easi bleed to do it.

Make sure you're outside and have plenty of water to wash the fluid off the bulkhead afterwards.

Good luck
