Try to bleed the clutch system. I had to do it, after changing the clutch, even when I did all to prevent this. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo

I am not sure if a solid clutch disc and solid flywheel is a good combo Puma 110" SW

Its a bit messy but reverse bleed the system, rotate the slave cylinder so the bleed screw is at the bottom, then with gentle pressure push the fluid in through the bleed screw and overflow the master cylinder, I think I modified an old easi bleed to do it.
Make sure you're outside and have plenty of water to wash the fluid off the bulkhead afterwards. Good luck Keith |
