o.k. interesting article ... only comment though..
Paddocks sell complete ARB kit for ~185 bushes the lot. Wee bit more for polybush ( or whatever they are) version Extreme ... well the rear ARB is the price of the whole britpart kit ... then you have to buy the bushes separately .... and the ball joint assembly. May be naive here and I know you get what you pay for ... but thats a hell of a difference for two bent bits of metal, some bushes and some brackets Santa - 1977 Series 3 - new chassis, tub, disc brakes,SU Carb Gertie - 1999 110 TD5 - like a Phoenix from the ashes back on road... almost Effie - 2004 110 TD5 County |

I can’t comment on the quality of their anti roll bars , but my extreme +2inch springs are still +2 inch after 5years. Which can’t be said for my brother in laws britpart 2inch lift, which has sagged badly and is little different to what it was before. 2002 td5 90 county hardtop

I'm using take off factory spec ones bought v cheap off Ebay, huge improvement over none. Once camper conversion is done I'll try the HD TMD ones I bought and assess if there better or not.
No experience of Extreme 4x4 stuff just posted link to show how they fit. |

Britpart kit is OK, been on my 90 three years and my 110 four years. If you buy the 110 kit it’s necessary to buy the rear bushes as an additional kit.
The 110 ARB kit is not as good as the 90 kit. The rear ARB touches the fuel tank guard and l ended up buying an OE “take off” to replace it with. But that was four years ago. It may have improved since then. |

^^^what he said.
I’ve just done this to a puma 90, buying take off parts from eBay. A big difference over previous, you won’t be disappointed. Time is precious, waste it wisely... Defender 90 D200 |

I fitted ARBs to my 300, it made it more stable for road use, rear one made more of a difference. Also when the thieving took it, the car nearly killed them when they decided to give her a hard time. took away that articulation of the body and plus they couldn't drive it for peanuts either.
