Cracking then there was three anybody else interested we could almost start a convoy
 date wise just put a few options up as I know its difficult for everyone to book the time and place but if you have several choices we all might be able to pin down a date. But personally I'm easy as I am not far away. |

I’m about 20 miles away and visited for the first time last Sunday. I’ll be heading over for breakfast again this Sunday but more than likely in one of the other toys rather than the Defender. It’d be good to meet some local Defender owners so i’ll keep an eye on this thread.

Hello Alex L, I like your picture we need to replicate that picture but with our defenders. Can you just turn up for a breakfast or did you book ahead as part of a car club? I will travel all over for a good breakfast and hopefully so would other eager Defender owners so good incentive to meet up
.
I am not far away so does anybody want to meet up in February or March on a Sunday morning. |

I think car clubs can pre-book but can’t confirm for sure. I visited this morning with a friend and arrived at half 9, at that time there’s plenty of room to sit inside, they start serving food at 10 and didn’t start getting busy until around 11.
Looking at their Instagram feed it was pretty packed at midday onwards as they were parking on the grass. Not much of an issue for Defenders but they’re trying to avoid churning it up too much. |

I’ll be going back next Sunday for breakfast. If it’s cold and damp I’ll take the Defender, otherwise I’ll be in something slightly quicker.

It was cold and damp so took the Defender out for a run, especially as I realised I’ve only managed 436 miles in it since March 2018.

Yep we are planning to go too on Saturday.
Won’t be till,later though, got hours of off road customers until about 15:00. So,can Guarantee ours will be plastered in lots of mud! |
