Newbury sort out cancelled , coronavirus Big Cry I had load of bits to go this time .

"Due to the continuing uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the Newbury 4x4 and Vintage Spares Day, which was due to take place on Sunday 5th April at Newbury Showground has been postponed until Sunday 16th August.

The constantly changing Coronavirus situation is a cause for concern and we also have a lower than normal uptake with prebooked stalls, which under the circumstances is understandable.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we feel that postponing the date until the 16th August is the best option in these uncertain times, which will minimise any Coronavirus risk to our traders, visitors and our own event team alike including attendees from across Europe.

Visitors and traders who have pre paid for advance tickets or trader plots can obtain a refund (please contact us) as we will transfer their tickets/plot booking to the rescheduled date (16th August) or the later Autumn Newbury event on the 4th October, please use 5th April trader pass/advance ticket at either.

If you prefer a full refund, please email or contact us as below.

4 Spares Day Events Update

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic we have had to make further changes to our 2020 events list.
Malvern Summer 4x4 Spares 19th July (now postponed until July 2021)

Newbury 4x4 & Vintage Spares Day 5th April postponed to 16thAugust (now cancelled).
Apologies, but the wellbeing and safety of all our visitors, traders, exhibitors, contractors and our own staff is of absolute paramount importance in these uncertain times.

Newbury now moved till Sunday 18th October,
It has moved due to a planned weekend M4 closure on the previous date

Unless th government has to throw a curve ball by then Neutral

Oh well, I guess that solves my dilemma of whether to try & get everything I was planning to take in the back of the D4 or take the trailer... understandable really but disappointing nonetheless.
