Got the 110 through another MoT, that'll be the tenth one in my ownership. Got a bit worrying this time as the damned ABS/TC lights wouldn't clear after rebuilding the NSF hub and then the Nanocom through a hissy fit and wouldn't communicate with the ECU. Tapping the sensors home a bit more firmly seem to have done the trick as the last 50 miles hasn't thrown up the lights again so happy days, well at least 365 of them

A bigger fan than me obviously I was just told it was in Lovejoy. Beautiful house, complete with peacock on the lawn. James

We drove down to Cornwall today for a quiet Christmas break but stopped off for a couple of hours in our favourite UK town. Almost got a PRA with the 110 but it was busy so I had to grab what space I could.

Last weekend borrowed/might buy it a 10t press for doing the rear trailing arm bushes.
Happy to report I have managed to remove the bushes from the trailing arms. Took a bit of fighting but won in the end. New bushes & bolts on order and should be here in the new year or maybe later on in the week. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |
