Yes. Soak the new one in hot water before separating, try the “search” key, a common problem, lots of info on here. Time is precious, waste it wisely...

You can, but at least on the older vehicles it had a habit of dismantling itself again. Not sure if the Puma ones are the same part, it's a newer LR.... part number. ---

Thanks, as always for the tips: I managed to separate the parts in hot water and re-attach to to what remained on the car (with some glue to try to keep in place).
Definitely saved time and effort |

I hit the top of mine clean off with a foam brush back in the winter. I done exactly the same thing. Soak in hot water, line it up with what's left showing on the bulkhead and a smart tap with my hand and it clicked back into place 😁👍
