Help Needed - 300tdi 110 fuel pipe route
As per title, does anyone have a few pictures of the fuel pipe routing and where they mount to the chassis on a 110 300tdi, I did not take pictures and it’s two years since I took the Land Rover apart. Thanks in advance.

No pictures at the moment, but mine runs on top of the RH chassis front to rear.

Sorry for not posting pictures. Bit busy.

Mine is a 2006/7 model so my routing is basically the same as the TD5.

Hi Neilios mine runs along the drivers side chassis rail, as i had a new chassis on Millie in 2015 i decided that i did not want any holes drilled in it, so this is what my indy did, i have had no problems what so ever with the way it has been fixed Wink

This is coming down from the tank, it is not a tight fit, it is a big gap there for it come through ....

then it runs over/through here ...

then down on the chassis rail .....

then under the seat box area, but still on top of the rail ...

then starting to make it's way into the engine bay ...

this is going up from the rail to the injector pump ....

i hope this helps you Very Happy 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.

Perfect thanks, that’s pretty much the route I decided on today when in the garage, I am looking to get some spiral rapping material for added protection. Very Happy

I find when I take the spiral stuff off it’s always full of muck.
