TD5 Leaking coolant a lot

My tD5 leaking lots of coolant, engine temp goes up to 115C, car still can run, from top of engine can't see anything leaking, even the core plug area is dry, look from the bottom of the car, can see leaking like hell, fuel cooler is fine too, the radiator and hose all seems fine, the leak is from the rear bottom side of the engine I think, what it could be???

I wouldn't drive till I found that!

I would start by checking all hoses. I had one that rubbed through on the chassis leg. It ran down the chassis and was about a foot away from the hole.
I found it by moving each hose at a time.
Check the heater matrix and the hoses fo/from it incase it's running off the bulkhead. When mine failed I could smell coolant with the fan on 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)

As above check all the hoses. Get the plastic cover off the engine and have a good play with all the hoses. Check your heater matrix and supply hoses too.

The water pump can often be tricky to see if it is leaking spend some time around that area and check the path of the drips.

Thanks everyone, I think I found where it leak, but I dont know what it is? head gasket?
need to look from under the fuel cooler, I think in the engine block itself!

Please have a look of the youtube video I took!
when I pour fluid from the expansion tank, water started leaking out, and the heater got no hot air the last time I drove the car.

When I replaced the head on my Td5, I found that when I removed the EGR cooler return pipe it had gone brittle like spaghetti. It wasn't leaking before I removed it but it definitely would have done at some point. Worth a look

P.S. it's the one that runs along the lower edge of the engine cover and is clipped to it 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Do you mean the fuel cooler?

No, the EGR cooler on the front of the block if yours is an EU3 spec engine

My TD5 doesn't have EGR cooler...

One less thing to leak then

Another place to look is the junction where the header tank, heater return pipe, fuel cooler take off and top hose return all meet. It's directly below the header tank

Its the timing front cover leaking, you better check yours!
