R380 Gear oil
Best quality gear oil for the r380. I normally use Morris lubricants MTF but I can’t find it now.

What do you guys use in the engine, transferbox and axles ?

Cheers

Alex

I have been using Smith and Allan MTF94 for ages and seems to work fine in my R380. Cheap enough to do it very 12-18months too.

ATF Dex III is better in them.

I know that MTF94 is officially recommended, and ATF used to be recommended, but I've seen several high milers on here say that Dexron III gives better shifting.

MT94 (I use Redline) is better when cold, less knotchy shifting and smoother all round as compared to ATF. This is my experience. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

I’ve used the fully synthetic stuff from Difflock before, and am swaying that way again to be honest. Expensive stuff though.
